To make Taichung a low carbon sustainable homeland and a blissful city that people yearned for, Taichung City Government implemented many relevant low carbon project and action hoping to match the development vision of low-carbon life city. Low Carbon Sustainable Homeland Operation and Performance Assessment Program are to fit the policy that Environmental Protection Administration Executive Yuan promoted. The project hoping to promote the ECO concept from the bottom to the top: from community, village, district, to Taichung city and central living circle of Taiwan. We have closely cooperated with Environmental Protection Bureau (EPB) of Taichung City Government to conduct the policy of rating and certificating of Taichung City’s low carbon sustainable homeland in 2017. To interior, we have hold inter-departmental and technology committee to enhance our ability of promoting low carbon sustainable homeland. To exterior, we have hold cross-district committee for district officers and cross-district union orientation for neighborhood residents to invite the villages and districts to join the policy and help them writing the documents and uploading the files. All the results will be presented in our terminal presentation to increase the centripetal force and sense of honor of the village and district.
